We are a small family run East Sussex based Lettings & Maintenance Company. We only let properties that are owned by us and we personally manage all the maintenance for these properties so we take great care in what we do. We also provide our maintenance services for one off or regular visits, to anyone that needs us, be it private or other property managers & landlords.
Hourly rate, day rate or price. Very competitive.

We are dedicated to preserving & enhancing the value of your property through top-notch maintenance solutions. From routine inspections to emergency repairs, we are equipped to handle a wide range of tasks with care.
Services include:
- Gutter | Downpipe | Drain – maintenance & clearance. We do it all by hand, old school is the best way!
- Roof Moss clearance. From basic clearing to full maintenance.
- Garden maintenance – Grass cutting | General tidying of debris | Bushes & trees cutting back.
- Patio – Jet wash, cleaning & sealing.
- General painting – Internal/External.
- Window preservati0n – Rotten wood windows can be troublesome; not for us.
Lettings
We let a number of properties in the Eastbourne Area. We believe in equal opportunity so we do accept Housing Benefit/Universal Credit and will also consider pets in some properties.
